Hello everyone. This last week has been one of portion control and keeping up the water and not so much soda. I have been working on having one plate of food at dinner and making healthier food choices for dinner. If I cook a pasta dish I will have less of the pasta and more of the meat. I am going to change to whole wheat pasta next. Shannon

  1. I LOVE WHOLE WHEAT PASTA!!! You can even buy it local at our local grocery stores! SO YUMMY!!! You are doing awesome woman! Keep pit up!

    All of those little things add up and I've found that I don't even feel like I'm missing out on caffeine (I still drink a diet Coke every day) or some of those not-so-healthy foods if I take it a little at a time. Enjoy your walks and we'll be watching you!
