My last week

Hello everyone. I had a good week last week. I have done two things. The first was to cut back on caffeine. I am down to 3 cups of coffee a day instead of a whole pot. I also have cut way back on soda, diet or regular. Instead of two or more a day I have maybe had one diet this week. I have added more water as well. Last I checked I was down 2 pounds. I hope all of you are doing well. My exercise is a lot of walking right now.

  1. YEAH SHANNON!!!! Cutting out the caffeine helped me a TON! I was able to actually start running when I got rid of the sodas and junk! KEEP IT UP!! Youa re doing great!
